Arden Brooks Memorial Bridge

The Greely Lions Club built the Arden Brooks Bridge dedicated to Arden Brooks who was a a great friend of the Greely Lions. The Township of Osgoode funded the bridge and the Greely Lions managed its construction. The dedication ceremony for the bridge took place on November 25, 2000. The Arden Brooks Memorial Bridge is located on the grounds of the Greely Community Centre in Greely where it crosses over Shields Creek.

This shows the bridge at the time of its dedication ceremony. As you will see the vegetation has grown up around it. I could not get through the vegetation to take a picture from this angle. This picture is from the Greely Lions Club web site.
