The Garden of the Provinces and Territories

I remember visiting the Garden of the Provinces shortly after it opened in 1962. It's name was officially changed to the Garden of the Provinces and Territories in 2005. In its current state it is far from its initial pristine condition and is undergoing maintenance and repair. The Garden of the Provinces and Territories is located on Wellington Street across from the National Library and Archives.

This water feature is currently dry. Most likely the plumbing needs an overhaul. When it works the stepped area would be full of water, the down spouts on the left would be dispensing water and the tree sculpture would have water coming from its trunk and cascading down from its leaves.
